「EA Drill」（以下「本アプリ」）は、米国税理士（Enrolled Agent）試験の学習用アプリです。本アプリの提供者（以下「開発者」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に従います。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
2. 端末内に保存されるデータ
学習履歴（回答した問題・正誤・テスト結果）、テストの設定、利用者がインポートした問題データは、利用者の端末内（アプリのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
3. 外部サービスとの通信
本アプリは、画面表示用のWebフォント（Google Fonts）を読み込むためにインターネットに接続することがあります。この際、Googleのサーバーに標準的なリクエスト情報（IPアドレス等）が送信されます。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。フォントが読み込めない場合でも、本アプリは端末のフォントで動作します。
4. 広告・解析ツール
本アプリは広告を表示せず、アクセス解析ツールやトラッキング技術を使用しません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. 免責事項
本アプリに収録された問題・解説は学習を目的としたものであり、税務・法務上の助言ではありません。実際の税務判断は、IRSの公式資料または専門家にご確認ください。

EA Drill Privacy Policy

EA Drill (the “App”) is a study app for the IRS Special Enrollment Examination (Enrolled Agent exam). The developer of the App (the “Developer”) respects your privacy and follows the policy below.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers. No account is required.
2. Data stored on your device
Your study history (questions answered, results, test sessions), test settings, and any question data you import are stored only on your device, in the App’s local storage. This data is never transmitted to the Developer or to any third-party server. Deleting the App deletes this data.
3. Third-party services
The App may connect to the internet to load web fonts from Google Fonts. Standard request information (such as your IP address) is sent to Google’s servers when this happens; see Google’s privacy policy for details. If fonts cannot be loaded, the App works with your device’s fonts.
4. Advertising and analytics
The App shows no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking technologies.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
