データ削除について
スマートフォンアプリ 重力四目並べ（Gravity Four）（提供元: CLT NY INC.）のデータ削除の手順です。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としないため、削除の対象となるアカウントや個人情報はありません。オンライン対戦をご利用の場合に保存される対戦記録は、以下の方法で削除できます。
端末内のデータを削除する
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたデータ（ニックネーム、匿名の識別子、ひとりで遊んだ記録、設定）はすべて削除されます。
サーバー上の対戦記録を削除する
オンライン対戦の記録（対戦履歴、レーティング、勝敗数）の削除をご希望の場合は、yukimoto@cltny.com 宛に、件名を「Gravity Four データ削除希望」としてご連絡ください。その際、アプリ内に表示されるニックネームまたはプレイヤーIDをご記載ください。ご連絡から7営業日以内に削除します。
削除されるデータ
- ニックネーム
- 対戦の記録（対戦日時、勝敗、手の進行）
- レーティング、勝敗数、ランキングの履歴
- 端末ごとに自動生成された匿名の識別子
これらはすべて完全に削除され、復元できません。
削除後も残るデータ
本アプリにはアプリ内課金がないため、購入履歴は存在しません。当社が上記以外のデータを保持することはありません。
Data Deletion
How to delete your data for the mobile app Gravity Four (developer: CLT NY INC.). The app does not require an account, so there is no account or personal information to delete. Match data stored for online play can be removed as follows.
Delete data on your device
Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device, including your nickname, the anonymous identifier, single-player records and settings.
Request deletion of server-side match data
To have your online match data (match history, rating and win/loss counts) deleted, email yukimoto@cltny.com with the subject “Gravity Four data deletion” and include the nickname or player ID shown in the app. We will delete the data within 7 business days.
Data that is deleted
- Your nickname
- Match records (date, result and move history)
- Rating, win/loss counts and rank history
- The anonymous identifier generated for your device
All of the above is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
Data that is retained
The app has no in-app purchases, so no purchase history exists. We retain no data other than what is listed above.
