「おうちクエスト」（以下「本アプリ」）は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真・広告IDを収集しません。アカウント登録も、広告や解析ツール（SDK）もありません。
家族で共有するために扱う情報
本アプリは、家族の端末どうしで記録を共有するために Google の Firebase（Cloud Firestore・匿名認証）を使います。データは Google のサーバー（東京リージョン）に暗号化して保存されます。
- 端末ID：Firebase が端末ごとに発行する匿名の番号。どの家族のメンバーかを見分けるためだけに使います。
- 家族の情報：家族の名前、保護者が入力した呼び名（例：ママ）、子どものニックネーム・年齢・アイコン、お手伝いとごほうびの設定、お手伝いの記録とポイント、ごほうびのおねがい。
- これらを見られるのは、招待コードで参加した同じ家族の端末だけです。当社はこの情報を販売・第三者提供せず、広告や分析には使いません。
- 招待コードは24時間で無効になり、使われた時点で削除されます。
- お子さまの本名ではなく、ニックネームでのご利用をおすすめします。
データの削除
- 家族のデータをすべて削除：保護者の端末の「設定」→「家族のデータをすべて削除」で、子ども・お手伝い・ポイント・記録・招待コードなど、その家族のデータがサーバーから直ちに削除されます。
- 端末だけ抜ける：「設定」→「この端末の参加をやめる」で、その端末は家族から外れます（家族のデータは残ります）。保護者は子どもの端末を「外す」こともできます。
- アプリから操作できない場合は、admin@cltny.com 宛てに件名「おうちクエスト データ削除依頼」でご連絡ください。30日以内に削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。
- 端末内の設定（言語など）は、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。
お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは保護者が管理して使うアプリです。お子さまの端末は保護者が発行した招待コードでのみ家族に参加できます。子どもの画面には外部サイトへのリンクがなく、アプリ全体に広告・アプリ内課金・ほかの家族とのやりとりはありません。

Ouchi Quest Privacy Policy (English)

Ouchi Quest (“the app”) does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos or advertising IDs. There is no sign-up, and no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Information used to share within your family
The app uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Anonymous Authentication) so that your family’s devices can share records. Data is stored encrypted on Google’s servers (Tokyo region).
- Device ID: an anonymous identifier issued by Firebase for each device, used only to know which family a device belongs to.
- Family information: the family name, the names parents give themselves (e.g. “Mom”), children’s nicknames, ages and icons, chore and reward settings, chore records and points, and reward requests.
- Only devices that joined the same family with an invite code can see this information. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.
- Invite codes expire after 24 hours and are deleted once used.
- We recommend using nicknames rather than children’s real names.
Deleting your data
- Delete all family data: on a parent’s device, go to Settings → “Delete all family data”. All of the family’s data (children, chores, points, history, invite codes) is deleted from the server immediately.
- Remove just one device: Settings → “Leave the family on this device” removes that device (the family’s data remains). Parents can also remove a child’s device.
- If you cannot do this in the app, email admin@cltny.com with the subject “Ouchi Quest data deletion request”. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Settings stored on the device (such as language) are removed when you uninstall the app.
Children's privacy
The app is managed by parents. A child’s device can join a family only with an invite code created by a parent. The kids’ screens contain no links to outside websites, and the app has no ads, no in-app purchases and no contact with other families.
