アカウントとデータの削除について
スマートフォンアプリ ご当地グルメバトル（Plate Clash）（パッケージ名: com.cltny.plateclash、提供元: CLT NY INC.）のアカウント削除の手順です。
アプリから削除する（推奨）
- アプリを開いてログインします。
- マイページを開きます（iPhone は右上の人のアイコン、Android は画面下の「マイページ」）。
- いちばん下の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 確認の画面で「削除」を選びます。
この操作でアカウントはすぐに削除されます。取り消すことはできません。
メールで依頼する
アプリを削除済みでログインできない場合は、登録したメールアドレスから yukimoto@cltny.com 宛に、件名を「ご当地グルメバトル アカウント削除希望」としてご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、7 営業日以内に削除します。
削除されるデータ
- アカウント（メールアドレス、ユーザー ID、表示名）
- 投稿した写真、料理名、お店の名前、値段、地域
- 投票の記録と成績
- 追加票の残り（未使用分も失効します）
プレミアムの購読は、アカウントを削除しても自動では解約されません。App Store または Google Play の設定から解約してください。決済の記録は、各ストアの規定と法令に従って各ストアが保管します。
Delete your Plate Clash account
This page explains how to delete your account in Plate Clash (package com.cltny.plateclash, by CLT NY INC.).
In the app (recommended): log in, open Me (iPhone: the person icon at the top right; Android: “Me” at the bottom), tap “Delete account” at the bottom and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and can’t be restored.
By email: if you can no longer log in, email yukimoto@cltny.com from the address on your account with the subject “Plate Clash account deletion”. We’ll verify it’s you and delete the account within 7 business days.
What is deleted: your account (email, user ID, display name), your posts (photos, dish names, restaurants, prices, places), your votes and stats, and any unused extra votes. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Premium; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Payment records are kept by the stores under their own policies and the law.
