アカウントとデータの削除について
スマートフォンアプリ FaceRank（パッケージ名: com.cltny.facerank、提供元: CLT NY INC.）のアカウント削除の手順です。
アプリから削除する（推奨）
- FaceRank を開いてログインします。
- 画面下の「マイページ」を開きます。
- いちばん下の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 確認のダイアログで「削除する」を選びます。
この操作でアカウントは即座に削除されます。取り消すことはできません。
メールで依頼する
アプリを削除済みでログインできない場合は、登録したメールアドレスから yukimoto@cltny.com 宛に、件名を「FaceRank アカウント削除希望」としてご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、7営業日以内に削除します。
削除されるデータ
- アカウント（メールアドレス、ユーザー ID、表示名）
- 投稿した写真とペットの名前
- 投票の記録、レーティング、勝敗数、順位の履歴
- 未使用の投票クレジット、およびプレミアムの利用状態
これらはすべて完全に削除され、復元できません。
削除後も残るデータ
- Google Play の購入履歴（Google が保持するもので、当社では削除できません）
- 法令上の保存義務がある会計記録（該当する場合のみ、最長7年間）
これらに個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。上記以外のデータを当社が保持することはありません。
アカウントを消さずに公開を止める
アカウントは残したまま写真を非公開にしたい場合は、「マイページ」から「参加を停止」を選んでください。写真は他の利用者に表示されなくなり、投票の対象からも外れます。
Account and Data Deletion
How to delete your account for the mobile app FaceRank (package name: com.cltny.facerank, developer: CLT NY INC.).
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open FaceRank and sign in.
- Open My Page from the bottom tab bar.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot sign in, email yukimoto@cltny.com from your registered address with the subject “FaceRank account deletion”. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 business days.
Data that is deleted
- Your account (email address, user ID, display name)
- Photos you posted and any pet names
- Voting records, rating, win/loss counts and rank history
- Unused vote credits and premium entitlement
All of the above is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
Data that is retained
- Google Play purchase records, which are held by Google and cannot be deleted by us
- Accounting records we are required by law to keep, where applicable, for up to 7 years
Neither contains information that identifies you personally. We retain no other data.
Hide your photo without deleting your account
If you want to keep your account but stop showing your photo, choose Pause entry on My Page. Your photo will no longer be shown to other users or included in voting.
