本規約は、CLT NY INC.（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「ご当地グルメバトル」（英語名: Plate Clash、以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、同じカテゴリの料理写真を 2 枚ずつ表示し、利用者が食べたいほうを選ぶことで、国や地域のランキングを作るサービスです。
2. アカウント
投票はログインせずに利用できます。投稿、マイページ、購入の利用には、Apple、Google またはメールアドレスでのログインが必要です。13 歳未満の方は利用できません。アカウントの管理は利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。
3. 投稿
投稿できるのは、ご自身が撮影した、または投稿する権利を持つ料理・飲み物の写真に限ります。投稿した写真、料理名、お店の名前、値段、国・地域は他の利用者に公開されます。利用者は当社に対し、本アプリの提供と宣伝に必要な範囲で、投稿を無償で利用（複製、表示、サイズ変更など）する権利を許諾します。
4. 禁止事項
次の行為を禁止します。料理・飲み物以外の写真の投稿、人物が主に写った写真の投稿、他人の著作権・肖像権・プライバシーを侵害する投稿、わいせつ・暴力的・差別的な内容の投稿、虚偽の値段や地域の投稿、宣伝やスパム、複数アカウントや自動化の手段を使った投票の操作、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為。
当社は、これらに該当する投稿や通報を受けた投稿を、事前の通知なく非表示または削除し、違反した利用者のアカウントを停止することがあります。利用者は、不適切な投稿を通報し、投稿者をブロックできます。当社は通報を確認し、原則として 24 時間以内に対応します。
5. 有料サービス
追加票パックとプレミアム（月額の自動更新サブスクリプション）の支払いは、App Store または Google Play を通じて行います。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。解約は各ストアの設定から行ってください。返金は各ストアの規定に従います。追加票はアカウントに紐づき、使い切るまで有効です。アカウントを削除すると失われます。
6. 免責
アプリに表示される値段の換算額は目安であり、正確性を保証しません。投稿の内容は投稿者の責任であり、当社はその正確性を保証しません。当社は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更、中断または終了することがあります。
7. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English)
These terms govern your use of Plate Clash, provided by CLT NY INC. By using the app you agree to them. If the Japanese version and this summary differ, the Japanese version prevails.
Accounts. Voting works without an account. Posting, My Page and purchases require signing in with Apple, Google or email. You must be 13 or older.
Your posts. Only post photos of food or drinks that you took or have the right to share. Posts (photo, dish name, restaurant, price, place) are public. You grant us a free license to display, copy and resize them to operate and promote the app.
Not allowed. Non-food photos, photos mainly of people, content that infringes others’ rights, sexual, violent or hateful content, false prices or places, spam, and vote manipulation with multiple accounts or automation. We may remove content and suspend accounts without notice. You can report posts and block posters; we review reports, normally within 24 hours.
Purchases. Vote packs and Premium (a monthly auto-renewing subscription) are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Premium renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage it in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store’s policy. Extra votes are lost if you delete your account.
Disclaimers. Converted prices are estimates. Posters are responsible for their posts. We may change, suspend or end the app at any time.
